Ownership of final approved deliverables will transfer to the client only after full payment has been received.

Until full payment is made, all work produced by TLS Creative Studio remains its intellectual property.

Client Content Responsibility

Clients are solely responsible for ensuring that all content, images, logos, trademarks, text, videos, and other materials provided to TLS Creative Studio are owned by them or properly licensed for use.

TLS Creative Studio shall not be liable for any copyright, trademark, or intellectual property infringement arising from materials supplied by the client.

Portfolio and Marketing Rights

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, TLS Creative Studio reserves the right to display completed projects, designs, screenshots, client names, logos, and project summaries within its portfolio, website, social media channels, case studies, and marketing materials.

Project Suspension and Abandonment

If a client becomes unresponsive or fails to provide necessary materials, approvals, or communication for more than thirty (30) days, TLS Creative Studio reserves the right to place the project on hold.

Resuming a paused project may require revised timelines, scheduling adjustments, or additional fees.

Third-Party Services

Our services may involve third-party platforms, hosting providers, software tools, advertising platforms, or service providers.

TLS Creative Studio is not responsible for service interruptions, policy changes, downtime, account suspensions, or technical issues caused by third-party providers.

Upon termination, the client shall be responsible for payment of all work completed, services rendered, and expenses incurred up to the termination date.

Any unpaid invoices shall become immediately due and payable.
