Founder's Vision
Driven by a passion for creating meaningful business growth, Mantsha Sharma Hooda founded Creative Studio with a clear vision—to build a marketing company where strategy, creativity, and innovation come together to deliver measurable results.
After completing her Master's in Marketing & Business Development from the University of Leeds, UK (2010), she returned to India with the ambition of building an organization rooted in trust, transparency, and long-term client success.
Today, as the Founder & CEO of Creative Studio, the creative and digital marketing arm of TLS Group, she leads a multidisciplinary team that helps businesses build memorable brands, generate qualified leads, and achieve sustainable growth through strategy-led marketing.
